02 Description of Services

Softize AI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform enabling businesses to deploy AI-powered chatbots for customer communication, automation, multilingual support, and omnichannel integrations.

  • Multilingual conversation support and token-based AI usage
  • Third-party platform integrations and analytics tracking

03 User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell the platform
  • Take sole responsibility for chatbot content and generated responses

04 Token-Based Usage

Softize AI operates on a pay-as-you-go token credit system:

  • Tokens are consumed based on chatbot interactions and AI processing
  • Tokens do not expire until fully utilized
  • Services pause automatically when tokens are exhausted
  • Usage varies by message length, language, and processing complexity
Softize AI is not responsible for service interruptions caused by insufficient token balance.

05 Data Security & Privacy

We implement standard security practices including encryption and secure processing. Key points:

  • Conversations are processed securely and not used to train public AI models
  • GDPR and CCPA compliance practices followed where applicable
  • Users must ensure uploaded data complies with data protection laws

06 Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with third-party platforms but do not control them. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or API limitations
  • Third-party policy changes or external data breaches

Use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

07 Service Availability

While we aim for high uptime, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and technical upgrades
  • Network issues or external service dependencies

08 Intellectual Property

Softize AI retains ownership of all platform software, AI systems, and design elements.

You retain ownership of your uploaded knowledge base content, business information, and custom chatbot responses (provided they don't violate laws or third-party rights).

09 Limitation of Liability

Softize AI shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses from chatbot responses or AI-generated content misinterpretation
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Data loss caused by user misconfiguration
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

10 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for:

  • Terms violations or fraudulent activity detection
  • Illegal use or platform misuse

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
